HELLOOOO!!!
Yeah that's my finger and Cheng's finger,mines the one with tiny tiny fingernails.Just to compare to pathetic-ness of my fingernails,haha.
I have another thing on my 'look forwards to' list.TOMORROW,I'm gonna go to the CCK building and rehearse with my fellow drama people of region 12 for afternoon outreach. I've never seen any drama being rehearsed before from my region,nor have I participated in any.So yes,I'm excited!^^ (A little strange don't ya think?)
Fencing today,and it left 3 marks on me,one on both my shoulders,and one slightly below my wrist.My fencing bag which I rotated putting on both shoulders weighed it down.LOTS.Then while fencing my opponent's blade hit slightly below my wrist and thus,bruise xD.It's ok luh,it's just a bruise.Oh yes,Coach Wei Wen made me fall on my INJURED knee since he wanted to *kick* me and while backing away I fell.Now I have some blood underneath some parts of the thin skin.NEH.
There's something wrong with my phone screen.!!!!! I guess I needa get it replaced huh.Bleh.
Oh yes,time to share some stuff from what I talked with my brother with while watching the 'This is our God' dvd.
God's great,as I was talking I started to further realize the depths of his super awesome love.I once again talked about the scene I ALWAYS ALWAYS see whenever I sing 'Amazing Grace'.
Her clothes are torn and tattered,she tries to sell her miserable goods on the dark street full of brothels,bars,and is often swatted at.Her wounds are deep,there are blood stains and marks from the slashing of a whip she gets from a huge man (presumably the head of the work house) when she returns to a work house empty handed.Her face and skin is dirty,with black marks from oil,grease and walking barefooted on the rough, dark brick roads everyday.
A man goes by her one day.He held her up in his arms,takes his handkerchief and gently dabs her wounds.He gave her a warm smile,and said
'You're going to be fine,my daughter.Come,lets go home'.
She's in his arms,a small,hurt figure,but in the warmth of a fatherly man.Her head leans on his warm chest,clutching his cloak in fear.But the man only holds her tighter as they proceed to the end of the street,and they got into a little,cozy horse drawn carriage.
They reach a bright,jolly town with smiling and friendly people,full of flowers and joy.The man carries the girl to a cozy looking little house,and there they meet a plump and jolly looking woman whom smiled gently at her.Then taking her,he bathed and washed her,applied medicine to her wounds,and dressed her in new,fresh clothes.
After it all,she went to the man's side.He bends down next to her,gave her a hug.
'When you need me,I will always be there.Now go,and be free'
And he left the little house,she watches till the last of his shadow leaves the door.But in her heart,she knows that he'll come back.As a matter in fact,he'll probably be closer to her than she thinks he is all the time.And for the first time in her life,she felt fullness,and such happiness.
Yup,when I repeated this story to myself and my brother tears went rolling down my face. God's love is too good.The story above isn't just IT.God,he definitely loves you way more than that.He sent his ONLY son Jesus to die for you!Now that's love.
God.Why do you love us even when we are so mean to you?Even when we hurt your heart,you still love us like SO MUCH.How,why?God,you are awesome,and how great is your amazing love.Indescribable.
I felt how the girl was feeling in the story/scene.Whenever I sing that song,it appears.The girl is running.With a smile on her face,full of joy.I LOVE YOU GOD.
