Hello people!

The 180 dance was a blast!!! And our LOVELY LOVELY REGION WON!! All glory to God,amen?(:

I'll probably upload the photos tomorrow.It's late and I'm lazy,heh heh.

But I was very impressed at all the dances!Especially region 7/8 and 1/2.

7/8's dance looked amazingly fun!You have no idea how much I screamed and cheered for them,almost 2 times per 30 seconds.I saw the joy,the burst and the enjoyment of all the dancers upstage,and I felt like grooving along right where I was.A fantabulous effort and performance they put up indeed!(:

I was FLATTERED at 1/2's dance.Seriously!Everything was so swift,so smooth and so sleek I tell ya.'Shuai' would be the proper Chinese word for it.Everyone looked so casual,urban and cool I tell you,I wouldn't have minded watching their dance again and again!Especially when the people you know in there whom you never knew could dance actually danced AMAZINGLY.

I'm not patronizing,I really loved everyone's dance.Although I didn't see region 5/6's dance totally cos we were right next,the little that I saw of their dance wasn't bad too(:

When our region was up I had an indescribable joy and energy in me that literally EXPLODED.When we got to the actual song,there was this joyous,cheeky and energized smile on my face that simply wouldn't come off even until the dance ended.As a matter of fact,I'd have labeled it GOING INSANE WITH JOY. I had a lot more fun than I imagined,and when it all ended,I wanted to go back and do it again.It was an AMAZING experience I tell ya.Praise the Lord for it!

Thank you,R11/12 for being there for us and cheering your lungs out.Thanks Esther Tan for the make-up!And thank YOU DANCERS,for striving till the end with every dance practice and putting up such a great performance!

So we're going to dance again for 3 more times,

Negative people are decidedly VERY FREAKY AND HAUNTING.Sometimes I just feel like taking out their brains and giving them a good SQUISH before putting them back.

Let me make this clear.There isn't ANYTHING good about negativity.It kills,it ages,and it squeezes the very bit of life out of you.It sucks.

Moral of the story: STAY POSITIVE.

And how is that possible?Though Christ alone!(:

In Christ,we have the love that can never be fathomed,a peace that is indescribable.At the CGS Sis Margaret Seaward talked about a man,of which he met with an unfortunate accident,where he lost his family and all,and it took everything away from him.But yet he wrote this song that went something like:

Explain that!Only Christ could have done that,no other.

Hello people!

I had a great time yesterday at Dance practice.FULL DRESS!I think we all look really really cute(: We all just need A LOT of practice to polish up,and we'll be great on the day itself.Dancers,have fun and don't panic!You guys are great(:

So so,I had quite an enjoyable day today myself.Because I FINALLY get to train at blade again with Coach and get more prepared for the RJC Invites!Coach says that after not seeing me for so long he thinks I've improved a lot!(: I thought it should have been the opposite though,after not training I should have DEPROVED.But ah wells,I think God must have been there to help me.

Then after,I played 3 hours of solid Guitar Hero with another Girl (I forgot her name again!xp) and once in a bit,Wei Wen joins in or Yi Wen. I was on the drums the whole time except for a few times where I was on guitar.But drums are really fun!Especially on the song 'Beat it' by Michael Jackson.Although the difficulty level was hard there was only 3 beats to drum to,but yet,your arm burns while playing because it's so fast!Hah,I should play Guitar Hero more often xD Its so fun!

Right now I look forward to the next dance practice this Saturday(: God has been great!

This song popped in my head whilst eating dinner and a few moments after saying grace.Indeed,how often do we forget to give thanks to the Lord?

I remember being introduced to this song during the ancient times,around say,at least 7 years ago?Now that IS OLD.I remember that I didn't like this song because whenever I sang it during chapel at primary school the preachers who lead always sang it so solemnly and droned,so I thought that was seriously seriously boring.

However as time passed and I got closer and closer to Christ,I started to really consider this song.Give thanks with a grateful heart indeed.Give thanks because he has given us JESUS CHRIST,HIS SON.We can never thank God enough for giving us the chance of redemption,for the blood shed of his son,that cleansed us and now dwells and lives with us.If God decided not to give us Jesus,and if Jesus never came,what would be of us?Our end would be in hell,torment.We would never get to know God and there would always be a separation between the almighty God and us.

We would be absolute poor and pathetic weaklings without Christ.We might even be foolish for our whole lives,doing stupid things and sinning again and again without finding any fault in it.Imagine if that happened.Horror it would be!I think we should really thank God for showing us mercy and continuing to pour out his everlasting love for us.

And here,we,the poor saplings,can alas say that we are rich and strong.Not by our own strength,but through and by Christ who strengthens me.FOR WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE FOR US,GIVE THANKS.How can we not give thanks indeed?(:

Now that Christ is in us,we have the power!From he who has power.And you know what that power is?The power that conquered the grave.That power that makes the earth shake,to move mountains and the power to impact the nations.As God has said,'In MY NAME you shall move mountains'.Never lose hope,because God is always there to back you up:D

Yesterday was rather exhausting going around Novena and Toa Payoh for what to wear for the 180 dance competition.And we found several good steals(: I do like what I'm going to wear(:

So to start off I met up with Sam and Rachel at CCK and Yew Tee mrt plaform and took the train all the way to Novena and met up with Callista and my Brother.

While waiting for Callista and my brother to come Sam,Rachel and I saw this.SPASTIC CHILDREN'S ASSOCIATION.You know,that sounds really insulting!

There were a lot of things at Novena that I went 'OOOHHH!!!!' at.Example:The Christmas decorations.I love Christmas decos!(:

After all that shopping Rachel Sam and I had BK,then we left for home.

As I got on the bus,there was this lady who asked me if she was on the correct bus,which in this case,was 157.So nicely I replied yes.

On the LOONGG way home,I had this thought.

There has really been quite a number of people whom have asked me for directions.Coming to almost more than 10.That time that lady who asked how to get to westmall.That man who asked how to get to the police station.That teen who asked how to get to Mcdonalds.

Yes,they all ask for directions.But,do they know the direction to God?

No one,in any any way,has asked me for the direction to God.Although its true that its weird for someone to suddenly pop outta nowhere and ask you 'do you know the direction to God?'.However,not everyone knows the direction to God.Some are lost in search of the meaning of life,and they don't know how to find God,which direction to take in life.

Now its up to you to show them where and which.

Whatta bright sun shiny day.And there's no training!WHAHAHAHA.Finally able to wake up late and do what I want(:

My muscles ache from training,and Coach Alex keeps laughing cos I do a lot of funny stuff during his warm ups.When he asks us to do something,I either do it correctly or I do it in my own version,of which to Coach Alex,is hilarious.Haha.

I have aches at my thigh.I think I need one of those medicated plasters to paste on my thigh like some old lady.I can always take some from my grandma,then my parents will call me AH MAH!^^

Nonetheless,I shall still work very hard to train for the RJC invites and the 180 dance!I can't wait for both of them,its gonna be so fun!Although yes,that DOES mean that I'm going to have to wear a dress.Dear deary me.But it's okay,it's not what I'm wearing that matters,is seeing all the souls saved!(:

God has helped us make GREAT progress yesterday during the dance!We're almost at the end of the choreography,and after that we'll polish polish polish(:I thank God,really(:

My beloved Epee Junior Tammie and I have decided to try getting into Singapore's national woman's Epee fencing team.Of course just being a cadet.Reason very simple,we'd like to take part in the 2010's Youth Olympic Games in Singapore.Serious!It'd be so cool can.After all fencing's really fun too.

By the way,I too can't wait for the RJC invite!It's a competition hosted by RJC.Wait a sec,that's Abigail's school ain't it.Haha,but anyways I look forward to it,can't wait to fence more and more(:

So we went for lunch with Coach Wei Wen again,him,Amethyst,Siti and I.

Here's him testing out Amethyst's phone's 5 mega pixel camera.So he test out by taking a photo of my phone and I make fun of him by taking a photo.

He told us that everyone thinks he look like Fa Cai Mao(aka Prosperity Cat).And now I think so too.

Wei Wen's a great Coach,it's hard to find someone who's your coach and yet like your friend at the same time.Still though,he refers to us as his students and we too refer to him as coach.

So funny after lunch,he sheltered me to a shelter,but on the way there was a BIG AND DEEP puddle.And he's like 'AHHH!' then change direction.And I was like'Whey,be MAN LAH.'and he was like 'Now I suddenly feel so useless'.

Still he was really nice cos he was supposedly supposed to shelter me to the bus stop,but Coach Henry(yes my school gets A LOT of coaches for fencing)came halfway to pick him up to blade.And what did he do?Pass me his umbrella!So nice right.Thanks Coach!(:

The dance is going great!I really can't wait to finish and polish up.Going to have a load of fun.Yesterday we twirled and boogie around till our legs hurt.LOL...but we did have a whale of fun,amen?(:

I'm dancing for the 180 outreach!I can't wait,it's gonna be really fun!Ahaha.

Guess who did this?ME!I was sharing a double mushroom swiss burger with Rachel Dass and I had no idea how to split it up.So I asked for a plastic knife and did this.Hohoho.

Rice noodles?My first impression would be,you cook up some rice with a lil more water than required,so it becomes sticky icky rice,then you mash it all up into some ricey paste.After that,you roll out that ricey paste into one BIG rice pancake and cut em into strips.Haha....I think it's 'soba noodles' if I ain't wrong.

While clearing up the mph on level 2 for the kindergarden graduation,we tried moving the really heavy walls to make more space.Apparently,they fell and this happened.Oopsy.

Care and Share went really pretty well,except the fact that I supposedly played the wrong song for the serving entrance.Pai seh-ed Joash pretty much,whoops xD...I really thought I played the correct song though.

I CAUGHT ANOTHER FLU!!!Sucks really,the whole day today was just warmish and sneezy.Although I was well enough to hear the word of God at edge,thank goodness.But seriously,I felt that I really had a lot of fun at the care and share,running around setting up cables and stuff.The satisfying thing about sound ministry to me is,seeing that you're able to make the atmosphere change by the correct adjustment of sound,and being able to solve problems well and being able to fix up everything firm and proper.By the grace of God that is.Best of all,you're able to glorify God in your ministry to him in sound(:

And many many many many old folks got saved!I really hope they understand why though,Pastor James was such a entertaining and anointed speaker.

I'm having itchy witchy hands again and they're peeling one of my scabs I got after one cut from slamming into a coconut tree.I think it's going to scar.Heh.

Anyways my bruise has gotten worse on my shoulder.I'm glad I only got 3-4 hits there because if anymore I bet my skin will be ripped right off from it's spot,heh.My brother says that I must seriously seriously take care of myself more,because I've always been in funny accidents that are one way or another hazardous to me,and today I almost tripped on a stair and fell on the person in front.

Yes,I can be a certified KLUTZ/CLUMSY WOMAN.Everyone still finds the coconut tree incident hilarious one way or another though.Right Nicole?Haha.

I must use my eyes and take care of myself and pray for protection!Amen xD

Well we alas spruced up our fencing board.Looks WAY WAY better now,and very gold-ish xD

So so,went to blade club today for individual sessions with Coach.My arm became TOTALLY jelly after that,and Ysien,a 10 year old fencer,was stronger than I.Haha...how I could tell?She could open the door and I couldn't.Heh.

I fenced Wen Yu today AND GOODNESS WEI WEN.Almost died,cos on one particular point I launched at Wei Wen and he extended his arm and I got a really tough hit.Had a pretty huge bruise after that.ARGHOUCH.

But God has been good this whole week.

If it wasn't for him,I think I might seriously have taken an X-ray after slamming my HEAD into a tree.I'm sure I hit the tree pretty darn hard.I really thank God that I survived it,for one(:

I've been praying hard for the one.I REALLY REALLY want her saved!There's really a big need in her life for God,as I can see.

But I'm not that close to her at all and stuff.And her personality and my personality difference is HUGE!At first,I feel that maybe it's impossible for me to reach out to her,and you know,maybe my prayers may have gone to waste.

However during the Christian Growth seminar,at the alter call,Sis Margaret Seaward suddenly said(from the Lord):

Your Prayers have NOT been in vain.It's not going to be long anymore.

I will continue believing!Because I know that God is still forever there for me,and he hears my prayers.Also,like Bro Winston said,God has 3 replies:

YES,NO,AND WAIT.

It's either he says no immediately,or a yes immediately,or a wait before it happens.

And I believe God's not going to say no to this one.So I guess it's a wait!It'll be soon though,I'm sure.God's a faithful God,amen?(:

Aha,I just got some stuff from popular to spruce up our fencing board a little bit.If I had to vote,I'd sadly vote our board as the worst looking board of the year,seriously!Yeap,that's how bad it looks.

Yup Nicole,you wish came true,I AM going to use quite a bit of GOLD.After all,fencing's such a fantaburific sport,agreed?

Coach Wei Wen acknowledges me as probably the clumsiest girl he ever knows of.Today I got my mask strap stuck in my hair,and fell down when I tried to sit down from the position of squatting.Coach jawdropped on the spot,and I could stop laughing.Yeap,definitely VERY CLUMSY.

I remember the conversation about having the space for our permanent training spot Nicole and I were having Mr Bobby Chew:

Us:Aye Mr Chew,why can't we have the space for our training?
Mr Chew:Well cos the Chinese dancers/band members booked it first.
Us:But it was ours to begin with!Why must we always let it to the dancers and the band?
Mr Chew:Well I think it's probably because you fencers aren't earning a lot of medals and such stuff,so you all must work harder to win.
Us:Walao eh.They think so easy ask them come and fence luh.

THE FENCERS WANT OUR SPACE BACK!

Well fencing seriously ain't so easy,and I really think it's unfair that our space is always KOPED.

The RJC invite is coming up on the 18th to the 21st of December!OOH I can't wait for it,it's another chance to win a medal and gain experience.C'mon fencers,participate!Win win win and do the school,the CCA and your vice captain proud(:
