Anyways,happy Chu Wu!Hope ya all had a terrific Chinese New Year and had a heavy ang pow as well as body weight from all that food.Hohoho.

I miss all my competitions!I can't wait for the next one,the Inter-school!Bet it's going to be super awesome fun and hopefully by then we'll be well trained enough to win.I miss the RJC invites and the Novices a lot.

School has been fine,but my homework stack has gone thicker.Mr Teng is so funny luh.He asked us how was through train course,and we all said tough.Then he laughed and was like 'Who ask you all so smart.' lol. A compliment actually.Hah.

Hello people!

I'm back!The CNY celebrations were interesting and fun,and we the fencers took part in it.At least Chloe,Cheng Siew,Amethyst and I did.HAHA.

And our dearest Rachel Ming is officially the BLUREST CLASS MONITRESS.She actually believed that the 4 of us were going for a competition.Then when we came back she said it was a waste that we didn't catch the performance,and we laughed so hard! Then we told her that we were performing and her expression I tell you,was PRICELESS.AHAHAHAHA.

Nonetheless the performance was a funny one,after all,how do you put up an item of FENCING?And during the rehearsal in full suit we sweated a waterfall.Despite that we kept going 'its SO COLD!!'.Self denial.Heh.

I and I want to go for YOG more than ever.God please help me!(:

So I've been taking one soup spoonful of Pi Pa Gao at least once per day.And now that my parent's have gone to China,my brother is almost 24/7 in NS,my sis works till late for most of the days,I am left to deal with a lot of naggings from my grandmother,buying of dinner,laundry,fish feeding and stuff.And I'm sick.I thank God that I'm getting better!Haha.

So so,with all the busy busy things going on I haven't done my CNY shopping yet.No new clothes.Of which I need badly because I've been wearing the same things for ages.I've been so focused on school,trainings,competitions and church.I've been forgetting a lot of big events coming uppy.Whoopsy.

Nonetheless,I still want to thank God for all that has happened,and for blessing me by letting me be awake in lessons.VERY VERY IMPORTANT!For not getting into any big trouble too.School has been enjoyable,other than the waking up part.LOL.

I need some good rest tonight(:

I didn't go to school today cos I have an utterly horrible cough,a flu and a sore throat.Thus I sound like a man today.Hohoho.

I'm going to see a doctor later,and get an MC.Not sure if I should fence tomorrow.Maybe I'll just sit and watch,and absorb all I can.And of course,catch up on all my work.Not going for one day of school is bad enough.

I feel like sleeping again.Oh deary me.

But I believe that God's my healer amen?I'm sure I'm going to pull through this week just fine(:

I realised I haven't blogged for a bit.So yeap,IMMA BACK!(:

Novices was fine,I did super terrible for the individual event but bucked up loads on the team event.Although my team lost to VJC by a lil 5 points.Wasted eh.God,when will I finally win a medal in fencing?Haha xD

I met a lot of nice people there.There was a weird SJI guy that supposedly kept looking at me and eventually asked me a question,then he ran out of things to say and stoned by my side for 5-10 seconds before leaving.That was funny.

And I met a lot of nice NP people.They wished me all the best and stuff,really made me feel nice inside(: Like my big sisters and brothers :D Somehow,the competition was still a blessed one.

I still badly want to get into the National team and go for the YOG.God help me,please?LOL.But I really want to go for the YOG,and actually participate in something so big and such awesome fun!Although I'm sure the route there isn't going to be easy,but practice makes perfect right? :D Going for the YOG or eventually the Olympics can be classified as my resolution/dream now(:

So so,my ang pow resolution:

-Used for new wire
-Used for new blade(I'm supposed to have an extra one xD)
-Used on all the one on one trainings I'm going to need.

And I ain't feeling so well today.Better hit the sack soon(:

Novices are coming up again this Saturday!Team event,and I really want to do my best and get a medal this time round,Juliana's expecting us to do so.Then later I train even harder to get into the Singapore National team and into the YOG 2010.That's my resolution(:

And now I shall add something else to my new year's resolution:

-To get a Lumix Digital Camera.

My handphone's Camera died on me recently,and I think its going to take awhile to revive.Not that my handphone's camera quality is awesome anyway,it's only 2 mega pixels,which is really super lousy.My next phone has to have at least 3/5 mega pixels.As you all know,I like taking photos with quality,which in the meantime,my phone cannot provide.So yes,I must save money to get a Camera!!

God has been wonderful,helping me survive day after day.When I think of it,God's really amazing to have created everything on Earth.Trees,their textures,every speck of dirt on this Earth.He was the one who thought of magnificent ideas for our human body,how we can hear,taste and all.Don't you just wonder how God thinks of em?

I really want to draw closer to God,to know that he will be there for me,to always know that he listens and longs to spend time with me.It's lovely to know that he's always there to listen,always there to love you,always there to give you a smile,laughs along with you when you are happy,he's even there with you in your worst moments to carry you back out of the pit.If you fall,he'll be with you and pick you up.What an amazing God I serve indeed.

God I love you.I don't want to leave.I don't want to drift away.I want to be where you are,to know your heart.

So so,my parents are leaving for a 10 day holiday.And now this really requires me to be responsible and all.Haha,and I'm going to be independent(:

YES I CAN GO FOR THE TEAM EVENT IN THE NOVICES THIS SATURDAY!WAHAHAHAHA.

So I'm getting a new blade from Juliana.I hope it isn't heavy or french griped.

The competition was BAD.I can honestly say that its my worst so far.Wei Wen said I fenced like a tortoise.Haha,but he says I'm probably just having a bad day,I'll just needa buck up more in the team event.

And something really sad happened.My blade SNAPPED.Yes,into two pieces.I was so sad lah,I like my blade.A LOT.It's light and easy to use with a good grip,and I can't use it anymore.I hope my next blade would be a good one too.

School's okay,I'll talk more about it next time(:

I'm back from camp!And as much as I loved it I don't want to go back.Haha.Oh the irony eh?

So as a welcome back Gin Ming celebration I shall upload some pretty photos that I took.I found these lovely things today on my sister's table.Click for bigger image,it looks better(:

So the highlights of the camp are....

The awesome and exotically adorable trainers of my group/class,Marcus Luke Chua,Joy Chang and H.J!They're really lovely people and we cried together when we parted from each other.Even Marcus cried,when the class said bye to him for the last time he went to a corner to cry can.Joy gave us all a individual hug and told us how much she super misses us,and when we needed H.J to wish farewell he disappeared.WAHAHAHA.I love you,trainers.

And the wet games!We went on a muddy water slide,a raft building which we had to use in the muddy water again for a relay competition(which we won,HAHA),and we got water sprayed by Marcus again and again and again.

Then there's the Night walk which was super awesome,because it was one of a kind and we walked in a group of six through the forest at night.Very fun and cooling,I really enjoyed myself(:

High elements were cool.Did rock climbing and walking a broken bridge at around 3-4 levels high,and THAT,I tell you,is FUN! Haha...Was thrilling and exciting.And the most amazing one was flying fox!Flying is fun xD

Alas,there's the Song session and the station called 'Surprise!'.Song session was great because Marcus had us laughing our heads off with the funny songs and cheers(: Surprise was AWESOME because I get to hold a bullfrog!I absolutely fell in love with the green slimy lil fella,its so CUTE!I wonder why the other girls ran off screaming.Haha.

Tomorrow's Sec 3 camp.And I really really don't feel like going for one,although I'm sure its going to be rather fun,one way or another.Probably because I'm going to miss home and I'm lazy to do all the tent setting up and stuff.Heh.

And I'm lazy to pack especially after such a long day today.Boy oh boy oh boy.

But well,I guess I'll have to face it somehow,so I'm going to go there and show the camp what I'm made of,no matter how frog/insect infested or dirty it is.After all,in the song 'Counting On God' it goes 'I'll never have to worry what tomorrow will bring,because I'm counting on God.' Yes I'm counting on God to help me survive through the camp,although it truly chops my time with him because I definitely have no time there to read the word because lights out are super fast.Better bring some verses along(:

So so,today was enjoyable,I did ushering early in the morning with Thaddeus(did I get your name right?Haha).Cool name right.And the sermon was rather powerful too,and there were people saved!Now that's something to praise the Lord for alright(:

Pastor Alan/Allen Dass preached for Evening service,and he was really funny xD.Anointed too,he talked about 'The best is yet to come',it was a powerful message(:

Next Sunday is going to be another big day,because the Novices competition is coming up.Epee's on the 11th of January.JIA YOU EPEE TEAM!(:Haha.

Hello people!

There was a powerful sermon today at edge,and I really enjoyed myself despite the CCA fair this morning,and I came home an felt so tired that I slept on the Sofa.Nonetheless,I enjoyed myself loads by screaming 'JOIN FENCING!' and thinking of catchy captions for our posters to spam the school with.Ahaha.

It's really true when you're super tired and don't want to come for the edge,it's the day you HAVE TO.Despite how tired I was when I got to edge during the praise session I someway somehow got my energy back within a few minutes and went high during and after service.You can ask around,hohoho xD

Sec 3 camp in one day,and tomorrow's corporate service!And I'm on ushering.Tear down later for sound is going to be tiring but yet fun,especially the crazy ride back to cck later!The last time we did it our hair became naturally Afro because the lorry was very open and went on fast speed across expressways and such at 60-80km/h.Now THAT is really fun! And next Sunday I shall be participating in the Novices,another fencing competition.

I don't really look forward to sec 3 camp as much though,heh.But somehow,I'm sure God will turn the tides(:

Happy happy 2009!While 2008 was a blast,2009 is definitely bound to be better!Haha.

My birthday was just a few days ago,and for the past few days I really thank everyone for blessing me truckloads! Be it through all your lovely and sweet gifts that I was super touched by or your well wishes,I'm really really blessed(: Although I seriously didn't expect a few T-shirts and a nice big fuzzy white teddy bear,they were lovely too(:

Right,there's school tomorrow,and I thank God it's a Friday! And after that at 5pm I'm going to have one on one training.YAY.

I'm so excited for what amazing miracles God's gonna do this year!(:
